CRYSTAL PALACE DEFENDER Damien Delaney and hurler Tony Browne have shown their support for Waterford United ahead their big game tomorrow.
The club play Palace in a pre-season friendly in the RSC at 6pm, with high-profile players including Kevin Phillips and Owen Garvan likely to feature for the Premier League club.
The Irish side are hoping the game will provide them with a timely financial boost, particularly given their well-documented problems of late.
Fair play to Crystal Palace FC. It was only a few seasons ago when they were in a desperate situation financially. Lets hope Waterford have similar success in the future.
Thanks tim,
I am from Waterford and support the blues all my life.
What a week for us from the jaws of death to glory in Galway last night.
It will be interesting to follow Hull and Crystal Palaceโs prospects this season, with Brady, Meyler, Quinn, McShane, McCarthy, Delaney and Garvan all potentially figuring.
Even Ross Fitzsimons has gotten game time this pre season for Palace.
Could be plenty of options for Trap/his replacement to peruse.
Tickets still available & can be got on the gate @ the RSC.
