Thank GAA It’s Friday returns on RTÉ 2 at 8.30pm featuring Monaghan captain Conor McManus on the art of the dead ball and Mayo captain Keith Higgins on his hurling career.

Waterford’s Shane and Darragh Fives talk about their pig farm while there’s also a feature on Anto Finnegan, the former Antrim captain who suffers from Motor Neurone Disease.

Saturday

Sky Sports 5 broadcasts live coverage of the All-Ireland footballer quarter-finals from Croke Park. Darragh Ó Sé and Mike Finnerty provide live coverage of the game between Monaghan and Tyrone at 4pm while it’s Dave McIntyre and Paul Earley on commentary duty for Donegal and Mayo at 6pm.

Jim McGuinness, Peter Canavan and Senan Connell are on punditry duty for Sky Sports with Rachel Wyse and Brian Carney presenting the coverage, and Damian Lawlor the sideline reporter.

Sunday

There’s live coverage of The Sunday Game on RTÉ 2 as Kilkenny face Waterford in the All-Ireland senior hurling semi-final. Coverage starts at 2.45pm with Michael Lyster presenting.

There’s commentary from Ger Canning and Brendan Cummins along with analysis from Anthony Daly, Henry Shefflin and Ken McGrath.
