EVERTON AND IRELAND star Seamus Coleman showed that he hasn’t forgotten his roots by showing up at Glenswily’s 3-19 to 2-6 win over Kilybegs today.
It was earlier this week reported that Coleman would be cheering on Killybegs, having been neighbours with one of their players, David Conwell, while growing up.
Coleman clearly went out of his way to make the game, having only yesterday played an important role in his side’s win over Hull in the Premier League.

He goes to loads of games he was at the junior b final last month #legend
Seriously you had a story saying he was going to the match yesterday.. Did you really have to do another one about him been there
Ah good aul glen’s willy
Good player but this is a non-story. And attending these matches hardly makes him a “legend”. Daft.
Came on here specifically to say who gives a crap.

I gather this punter is one of the internationl wendyballers . I wouldn’t have known him from Adam. And I’d bet most self-declared soccer fans in this country wouldn’t have either.
