its only a 5K or a 10K don’t over think it , don’t run every day 3 or 4 times a week is plenty and increase the distance as you go.
Agreed – unless you have severe health issues, there’s no way you can’t run 5k with a bit of effort.
10k is also very doable even with no experience, I’d urge everyone to give it a go.
