Robbie Brady is scoring wondergoals (but not for the Irish U19s)

AS IRELANDโ€™S U19S face into tomorrow eveningโ€™s make-or-break game against Romania, manager Paul Doolin might be having second thoughts about his decision to leave Robbie Brady at home.

The promising Manchester United attacker was left out of the 18-man panel for the European Championship Finals, with Doolin claiming that Brady had been uncontactable when he tried to call him up for the elite qualifying round.

Instead of travelling to Romania, the youngster joined Hull City on a five-month loan last week, making his home debut during Saturdayโ€™s 3-0 friendly win over Liverpool .

And he did so in style, opening the scoring with a beautifully-curled effort from the edge of the box in the 20th minute.
