PAUL DUNNE PUT together another decent round at the Italian Open but remains a long way off joint-leaders Marcus Fraser and Matt Wallace.
Dunne carded a two-under par 69 for his second round that puts him at six-under overall but he’s still seven shots from the top of the leaderboard.

Fraser had a superb nine-under round of 62, a career best and easily the top performance of the day. Still, Wallace wasn’t far behind of six-under and the pair are two clear of their nearest challengers.
Graeme McDowell just about made it to the weekend.
With the cut-off at three-under, he finished Friday’s round on two-under – putting him at four-under overall.
Padraig Harrington was less fortunate and missed the cut.
