One of Leinster's forgotten men reminded everyone how talented he is in the Pro12 finale

Noel Reid scored an absolutely scorching try against Edinburgh.

IT HAS BEEN a very frustrating year for Noel Reid at Leinster. During last seasonโ€™s league-winning campaign, Reid made 15 Pro12 appearances and scored 7 tries for the province, and was rewarded with his first Ireland cap in the summer against Argentina.

However, concussion issues and a congested Leinster midfield saw him play just 10 games in total during this campaign. Reid was picked at 12 for the season finale in Edinburgh โ€“ his first game since the home defeat to the Dragons in February โ€“ and quickly highlighted how dangerous a player he is with this lovely try.

What makes Reidโ€™s stop-start season even more annoying from his perspective is that he had played quite well in his limited appearances, most notably in the December derby against Connacht.

It will be interesting to see what impact Reid has in a more regular role when Irelandโ€™s World Cup contingent go away this autumn.

One Edinburgh player went to the Pro12 awards dressed in the most Scottish way possible

Warren Gatland will not be happy that one of his biggest stars has decided to play in England

Ireland 1-1 Croatia, Ireland 0-0 Spain, Ireland 2-1 Italy. That should see us qualify.

So were going to lose 2-0 to a team we seem to continually daw with then beat the current world & european champions, id like to know what odds youโ€™d get on that???:) as long as we dont lose our first game, I think we have a gr8 chance of getting out of the group

After getting trashed in the opening two games i reckon Dumbo Delaney will ask blatter for penalties in the Italian game to see who finishes bottom.
