STILL ON A high after Sunday’s Heineken Cup quarter-final win over Harlequins, Munster were back training at UL this afternoon.

With Leinster making the trip to Thomond for a RaboDirect Pro12 meeting on Saturday, the lads were put through their paces and, going by these pictures, warmed up with what looked like a spot of Irish dancing.

Keith Earls and Simon Zebo are clearly giving it their all but James Downey has plenty of room for improvement.

    Was there at the weigh in this morning.Emotional is an understatement the whole place felt it and was rooting for him.What a legend.Really hope he can pull it off.Stranger things have happened is right..
