In pictures: Irish players hit the pool for recovery session

No sooner had they checked in at their new hotel and the players were pulling the togs out of the suitcases.

THEY’VE ARRIVED IN Wellington and look settled in.

Some of Irish rugby squad took to the swimming pool at the Intercontinental Hotel for a post-game recovery session earlier.

Declan Kidney’s men take on Wales on Saturday morning after an impressive win over Italy yesterday in their final group game.

Before the hard work starts again however and the focus turns to Warren Gatland’s outfit, the players took time out for some splashing around.
