TONIGHT’S RESCHEDULED FAI Cup tie between Waterford United and Mervue United has again been postponed due to waterlogged pitch, the FAI confirmed this afternoon.
It is the second time in the space of four days that the game has fallen foul of the weather. Six other third round ties were played last Friday but heavy rain left the pitch at Waterford’s RSC unplayable.
