AN EMOTIONAL JAMES McClean was lost for words after Ireland were well beaten in tonight’s World Cup qualification play-off.

McClean gave his usual all-action display, but could not prevent his side being outclassed.

The West Brom winger suggested the occasion may have got to some players, but struggled to add much else on a devastating night for the Boys in Green.

    SA look strong , the URC has been great for them and they’ll be flying come September. Australia were really poor , they looked like they had never played together and were consistently giving cheap ball away . In addition there communication in defense looked awful, overlaps for days
