DAVID BECKHAM ENDED his career in a fitting manner as Paris Saint Germain claimed the French Ligue 1 title.
The English midfielder played 81 minutes of PSGโs 3-1 victory over Brest and was afforded a warm reception from the home support when Carlo Ancelotti called him ashore for the final time.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic, part of a league-winning side for the 10th time, scored a brace for PSG in a routine victory that set the stage for an emotional Beckham farewell.
The whole Beckham clan were in attendance at the game and joined the former Manchester United and Real Madrid midfielder on the pitch for photos and post-match celebrations. Also spotted in the stands was former President of France, Nicolas Sarkozy. He, wisely, remained in his seat for the celebrations.
Beckham allowed the tears to flow as he bid adieu to a professional football career of 21 seasons. Here are some of the best videos and pictures from the night of celebration in Paris:

@Didithedevil: horrible comment.
@Bob Cummings: Explainโฆ
Had reservations about what Leeds would do but Bielsa has really worked magic. Itโs like he has focused on perfecting players strengths than wasting time on improving weaknesses. There are few teams that could comfortably commit too many players to attack their defence because of Leeds swift precise and deadly attacking and counter attacking. Much as I love the blades and Wilder Iโm jealous seeing the way they play. No fluke, a masterplan of a few years in the making.
@Pat Ryan: Bielsa and the way he has Leeds playing has restored my faith in the beautiful game, they are a joy to watch and Iโm so glad Bamford has proven me wrong
