ALL BLACK LEGEND Dan Carter will be kept busy over Christmas and that’s not even considering his busy festive period with Racing 92.
The New Zealand fly-half, who was man of the match in the All Blacks’ World Cup final triumph two months ago, has recently had a biography released.
And the 33-year-old was apparently asked by a friend to sign a few copies of the book for its European release. Carter happily agreed before being greeted with a massive delivery.
He posted on Instagram: “My mate – ‘can you sign a couple of your books for Christmas?’ Me – ‘yeah sweet just send them to my house’. Next thing all these arrive in France from him #takingthepiss#writerscramp”
While last week Carter won BBC Sport’s Overseas Personality of the Year award, he has had a tough time of late.
His All Blacks team-mate Jerome Kaino has attempted to sabotage his book sales in New Zealand as they go head to head in the Christmas market. Now he will have to spend his Christmas signing books. And they say these things come in threes.
Carter and Racing travel to Clermont on December 27 for a Top 14 clash before hosting Bordeaux six days later.
Fury just wants to ramp up the purse.
I though tyson announced his “retirement ” a few days ago:)
Would be a great fight fury would really test usyk
Usyk is absolute class. But Furey is a monster. A step too far for Usyk I think given the size difference. Could be a cracker
Would be a crackin fight, but would need a massive purse.
Worst heavyweight devision in histroy
@Damien Garvey: And Furey is beyond boring now…
