'Pathetic!' - Angry Blanc responds to homophobic insults from one of his players

Serge Aurier has been suspended by Paris Saint-Germain.

LAURENT BLANC HAS labelled the actions of Paris Saint-Germain full-back Serge Aurier as โ€œpatheticโ€ after the club suspended the Ivory Coast international for remarks made in a video on social media.

PSG confirmed Aurier would not feature in tomorrowโ€™s Champions League last-16 clash with Chelsea after appearing in a video responding to supporters in which he appeared to make homophobic comments about head coach Blanc and other team-mates, including star forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Blanc signed Aurier from Toulouse in 2014, initially on a season-long loan, and speaking ahead of the Chelsea match, the PSG boss insisted the 23-year-old would โ€œsuffer the consequencesโ€ for his actions.

โ€œI took it very badly. One can think certain things and have opinions. We are in a democratic country but two years ago I made an effort to bring the boy to Paris. This is the โ€˜thank youโ€™ I got. Itโ€™s pathetic!โ€ said Blanc.

โ€œWe are here to prepare for Chelsea but he has penalised himself. He will suffer the consequences. He should be preparing for a last-16 Champions League tie. That would be better for him than being stuck at home not knowing what to do.โ€

Blanc added: โ€œLots of people in this new generation spend their time apologising. Rather than do that, they should think more before they do anything.

โ€œThe club has taken decisions. You will find out if they take any more decisions, but if he has a problem with me I will not use the media to clear up my problem. I will deal with him directly.โ€

History will look on the IOC very poorly if they donโ€™t reverse their decision

She only blew the whistle after she was caught doping, chances are she wouldnโ€™t have told the IOC if she wasnโ€™t caught doping!

Iโ€™d say she has bigger things to worry about at the moment like that great big target on her back. Sheโ€™d want to be fast, bet Putin would love hunt her for sport!

She is a doped athlete, what would clean athletes say if they lose to her?
