WE ALL KNOW this time of year can be challenging from a health and fitness point of view.
We will all be visiting family and friends, and may have a few too many mince pies over this festive period!

So we’ve decided to design a 12 Days of Christmas calendar with a difference.
We’ve put together easy to follow workouts to do over the next 12 days. The best way to do these is to do a good dynamic warm-up.
Once ready to start, your aim is to do as many rounds of the exercises in 20 minutes. All exercises can be done for 8-12 reps.
We know you don’t have much time during this festive period so this workout should help control weight gain without spending hours in the gym.
Being a Tipp man he realised 2 in a row never happens for them so he handed it on the the next jennet
