IF YOU’VE BEEN paying close enough attention, you may have noticed a couple of changes to The42‘s fitness vertical over the last couple of weeks.
We’ve started to roll out some of our new weekly features as well bringing you all the usual content – such as recipes and exercise guides – to further enhance our fitness section.
With a wealth of information already available in what’s become a saturated market, we know the content we produce will need to differentiate us from everybody else.

To do that we’ve enlisted the help of an expert.
Vinny Gough is a qualified strength and conditioning coach and owns The Changing Rooms personal training studio on Leeson Street.
He is Ireland’s first World Fitness and Fashion professional and when he’s not training others, Vinny competes internationally.
It’s often difficult to seperate fitness fact from fiction but it’s Vinny’s job to enlighten, motivate and inspire clients to achieve their goals and live a healthier life.
And we’ve teamed up with him and The Changing Rooms to produce a fitness video each week to help breakdown what you need to do in order to see results.
We’re also open to suggestions. So if you want to see an exercise explained or have a fitness myth debunked, just get in touch in the comments section below or email ryan@the42.ie.
Keep an eye out for the first of The42‘s fitness videos on the site next week.
