This advice from an Ireland international could really help you bulk up after the gym

While he recovers from injury, Andrew Trimble has some helpful advice for rugby players.

Diet is just as crucial as crunches and Ireland wing Andrew Trimble appears in a handy new video to advise people on what foods they should be consuming after a heavy session.

What is good about that video is that Trimble isn’t suggesting that we all adopt salad-only diets. Eggs, chicken and beef – that doesn’t seem too bad, does it?

At least we know that when the Ulster wing finally returns from his troublesome toe injury, he will be as fit as ever.
