Which Irish player is facing a hearing tomorrow?

DONNACHA RYAN HAS today been cited by the independent RBS Six Nations Citing Commissioner Jean Etienne Bernard of France.

The replacement second row forward was cited for allegedly stamping on an opponent “contrary to law 10.4(b)” during the match between Ireland and Samoa at the Aviva Stadium last Saturday.

What do you reckon? Slightly harsh, no?

The hearing will take place in London tomorrow.

A few hours later, in Limerick, James Coughlan will lead Munster against Australia at Thomond Park (8pm).

Tony McGahan has included Keith Earls, Johne Murphy and Damien Varley in the starting line-up while the Reds’ front row also includes new boy Peter Borlasse.
