Yeovil mock up their own 'Royal Baby' notice to announce loan signing

“Yeovil Town Football Club was safely delivered of a loan defender at 1pm today.” Somebody get Kay Burley on the phone.

YEOVIL TOWN TOOK inspiration from the pomp and ceremony of the Royal Baby birth to announce some big news of their own — a loan move for Swansea defender Alan Tate.

The Championship club mocked up their own version of the easel posted outside Buckingham Palace to confirm that Tate has joined until the beginning of January.

“Yeovil Town Football Club was safely delivered of a loan defender at 1pm today,” the notice read.

“Alan Tate from Swansea City has signed until 2 January 2014.”
