MONDAY WAS A bad day for the sporting supercouple formerly known as Wozzilroy.
Following news of the ankle injury that looks set to rule defending champion Rory McIlroy out of the Open, Caroline Wozniacki crashed out of Wimbledon in a straight-sets defeat.
Afterwards, the former world number one was asked if she had a message for her injured ex-fiancé.
The question was met with exactly the reaction you would expect — bemused silence and a bite of the lip — before the moderator quickly hurried things along.
That reporter is shameless and he should be banned from future press interviews at Wimbledon.
