Wes Hoolahan was on fire for Norwich as they won at Sunderland earlier

The Irish man was in fine form today.

NORWICH INFLICTED A second defeat of the season on Sunderland thanks, in large part, to Irish international Wes Hoolahan.

With Martin O’Neil set to name his squad for the upcoming Euro 2016 qualifiers against Gibraltar and Georgia on Tuesday, the Norwich midfielder should be the first named on the team sheet thanks to two gorgeous assists.

Hoolahan’s first set up Steven Whittaker to  make it 2-0 to the visitors at the Stadium of Light:

For his second, the 33-year old took advantage of some generous Sunderland defending to thread the ball through to Nathan Redmond to make it 3-0.
