ARSENE WENGER INSISTS there is no problem with Alexis Sanchez after the Chilean appeared to be annoyed with the manager’s decision to substitute him during the last 10 minutes of Arsenal’s 4-0 win over Swansea.
Sanchez, who scored the fourth goal for Arsenal, was replaced by Danny Welbeck on 79 minutes at the Liberty Stadium and was visibly frustrated at being brought off with several minutes still to go in the game, but Wenger says that he has no issue with the reaction of his star man.

“Alexis Sanchez is not injured, he just wanted to stay on the pitch. I did not want to take a gamble on him,” said the Frenchman.
“We had players on the bench, we have strikers and competition. There was a good opportunity not to be stupid [by bringing him off].
“All the players are frustrated when they come off. There’s no problem there. The culture is different. Some South Americans are different from Europeans.”
