Wayne Rooney leaves Yorke and Cole in awe with blindfolded volley

The legendary strike duo were back to challenge the current crop of Manchester United hitmen.

ONE OF MANCHESTER United’s great strike partnerships, Dwight Yorke and Andy Cole, recently returned to the club to show the current crop a thing or two as part of a promotional video for Bwin.

The duo, whose almost telepathic understanding helped United to an unprecedented treble in 1999, challenged Wayne Rooney, Danny Welbeck and Javier Hernandez to scoring into an empty net… while wearing a blindfold.

And, after missing a couple of attempts, Rooney came up trumps by smashing a volley into the top corner.
