IRELAND ARE AMONG the top seeds for the Rugby World Cup 2019 pool draw, which is taking place in Kyoto, Japan, this morning.

That means that we’re guaranteed to avoid the likes of New Zealand, Australia and England in the pool stages.

Scotland, France, South Africa and Wales are down as second seeds with the third seeds made up of Argentina, Japan, Italy and Georgia.
