VIDEO: Robert Milkins pot his way into the record books

Englishman becomes only the third player to record two World Championship maximums.

ROBERT MILKINS MUST be going snooker loopy having become just the third player to record a World Championship 147 break.

The Gloucestershire native joins Ronnie O’Sullivan and Stephen Hendry in the record books after hitting a maximum during his qualification match with Xiao Guodong earlier today.

His previous maximum came in a 10-4 defeat to current world number one Mark Selby in 2006 and Milkins will be hoping for a more positive result when his match with Guodong resumes this evening.

Milkins currently leads his Chinese opponent 5-3.
