THERE WAS A host of old, familiar faces on show at Celtic Park last night as a collection of Hoops ‘legends’ saw off their Manchester United counterparts, 5-2.
Henrik Larsson turned back the clock to grab a hat-trick in front of 50,000-plus fans. The proceeds of the charity game will go to Oxfam’s East Africa charity appeal.
The home squad included such Paradise luminaries as current manager Neil Lennon, John Hartson, Chris Sutton, Lubo Moravcik and Alan Thompson.

The side, which was coached by Martin O’Neill, also included – shriek – Hollywood film actor Gerard Butler and our own former boxer Steve Collins.

United were managed by another former Bhoys head coach, Gordon Strachan and included players like Roy Keane, Brian McClair, Dion Dublin… and Ralf ’Anthony from The Royle Family’ Little.
