Warner accuses Blatter of 'megalomania, covert racism and discrimination'

The disgraced former Vice President of FIFA has launched yet another attack on the embattled Swiss administrator.

FORMER FIFA VICE President Jack Warner has launched a stinging attack on Sepp Blatter.

The FIFA president was forced to apologise last month for controversial comments he made in relation to racism in football.

However Warner has attempted to re-open debate, criticising Blatter – not for the first time – since his ignominious departure from the organisation last June.

In addition to accusing Blatter of “megalomania, covert racism and discrimination,” Warner’s statement added:

“The Fifa president must not be allowed to continue the demeaning of people of colour without someone raising a voice to tell him enough is enough.

“The Fifa president cannot continue faux pas after faux pas with impunity especially when all his wrongdoings are along the same vector of megalomania, covert racism and discrimination.”

Warner’s statement was made during a meeting between Fifa and Caribbean Football Union officials surrounding the future of football governance in the region.
