Tottenham make second summer signing after completing €20 million deal for Dutch hotshot

The striker was the subject of interest from PSG and Wolfsburg.

TOTTENHAM HAVE COMPLETED a deal for prolific Dutch international striker Vincent Janssen.

The 22-year-old moves to White Hart Lane from AZ Alkmaar on a four-year contract for a fee reported to be in the region of €20 million.

Janssen, who finished top scorer in the Dutch league last term with 27 goals, becomes Mauricio Pochettino’s second summer signing after the arrival of Victor Wanyama.

His performances last season caught the attention of Spurs, PSG and Wolfsburg among others while he was crowned the Eredivisie’s young player of the year.

Janssen has played five times for Netherlands, scoring three goals including one in the 2-1 friendly win over England in March.
