VIDEO: Tom Court plays the panto villain at Rodney Parade

The loose-head got a little overexcited with this Andrei Arshavin impression after scoring the opening try last night.

AUSSIE IRELAND PROP Tom Court isn’t really known for his outlandish theatrics, but then he isn’t known for his try-scoring either.

Against the Dragons last night, Court showed his soft hands to pick up Ruan Pienaar’s off-load and crashed over the line.

Now, we don’t know if he had been taking some abuse from the Newport-Gwent faithful for all of the, eh… 15 minutes that the Welsh side led, but Court popped up underneath the posts and did his best Andrei Arshavin impression to comically silence the crowd.

The loose-head has since apologised on his Twitter account, but we don’t see the need. When you’re top of the league and on an eight-game winning streak it’s allowed.
