Video: Munster's stars take to the road for Darbyshire

Some of the best known faces in Munster sport went on their bikes in aid of Motor Neurone disease, and the family of the late Paul Darbyshire.

MUNSTER RUGBY HAVE released a YouTube clip of the bike ride to raise money in aid of those suffering from Motor Neurone disease and the family of its late head of strength and conditioning, Paul Darbyshire.

Darbyshire sadly passed away last Monday, having been diagnosed with the disease last year.

The 41-year-old bravely continued to work for the province after learning of his plight and attended the recent Magners League triumph over Leinster.

Among those present were current Munster stars Ronan O’Gara, Denis Fogarty, Tony Buckley, Ian Dowling, Billy Holland, Darragh Hurley, Leinster players John Fogarty and Eoin Reddan, former Ireland star Mick Galwey and Cork senior football manager Conor Counihan.

The first leg of the journey took participating cyclists from Cork to Limerick, and then on to Trinity College in Dublin.
