Speaking to Newstalk, O’Neill called Roy Keane an “iconic figure” and “worth listening to”.
He also dismissed concerns that Keane would feel as if he is in O’Neill’s shadow and said he envisages their relationship as similar to the one he had with former long-term number two, John Robertson.
