GERARDO BEDOYA HAS had a colourful career since making his debut for Deportivo Pereira back in 1996.
He has played for no less than 12 clubs, scored 36 goals and just received the 41st sending off of his career.
This, however, was not a case of the 36-year-old being a victim of his reputation.
Firstly, he elbowed Millonarios defender Yhonny Ramirez and, after receiving his marching orders, proceeded to stamp on the unfortunate player’s head.
Bizarrely, he still tried to plead with the referee to change his mind.
