OLYMPIC BRONZE MEDALLIST Cian O’Connor took his equestrian skill-set (and a horse) to Croke Park yesterday and added show-jumping to the slowly growing list of sporting events that have been hosted at GAA headquarters.
O’Connor’s jaunt beneath the Hogan Stand preceded the Horse Sport Ireland awards in which he would be rewarded for his Olympic exploits alongside double individual Paralympic medallist Helen Kearney and the Paralympic equestrian team who also claimed bronze in London.
