ULSTER SECURED A bonus-point win over Edinburgh at Ravenhill this evening.
The Irish side trotted in at the break with a 15-point lead (20-5) — thanks to Craig Gilroy and Paul Marshall tries, after Cornell du Preez initially got over the whitewash for the Scots.
The home side then managed to pull away in second half on their way to an impressive home victory. Skipper Robbie Diack and Gilroy again added to the try tally before sharp-shooting kicker James McKinney — who finished his night’s work with 21 points — capped his performance with a try of his own.
