ALL FOUR IRISH fighters are on weight and ready for action tomorrow night at UFC Boston, which takes place at the TD Garden.
There was a raucous atmosphere for this evening’s official weigh-ins at the Orpheum Theatre, which was packed with Irish fans who saved the loudest cheer until last, when Conor McGregor was introduced.
McGregor weighed in at 145lbs for his main-event clash with Dennis Siver, and afterwards he had a message for UFC featherweight champion Jose Aldo.
“Tomorrow night, the Irish invasion continues,” he told the UFC’s Mike Goldberg. “That’s 145, that’s championship weight. Tell Jose I’m coming.”

There were also no problems on the scales for the three other Irish fighters on tomorrow night’s card — Norman Parke, Cathal Pendred and Paddy Holohan.
Pendred even took a leaf out of Francesco Totti’s book by — not for the first time in his UFC career — snapping a selfie on the scales. But this time he came prepared with a selfie stick.
Featuring Cathal Pendred and Paddy Holohan, the UFC Boston prelims will be live on BT Sport 1 at midnight/12am tomorrow night/Monday morning. The main card, which will be headlined by Conor McGregor and also features Norman Parke, will follow at 3am.
