TICKET DETAILS HAVE been confirmed for Conor McGregor’s first Ultimate Fighting Championship bout since November 2016.
After a 23-month absence from the octagon, McGregor is set to feature in the headline bout at UFC 229 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on 6 October.
The Dubliner will bid to regain the UFC’s lightweight title when he takes on reigning champion Khabib Nurmagomedov at the top of a bill which will consist of approximately 12 fights.

A sizeable contingent of Irish fans is expected to make the journey to Nevada, and tickets for the event will go on general sale to the public this Friday at 6pm Irish time from AXS.com.
Standard ticket prices start at $205 (€180). Depending on how close you’d like to be to the action, you can pay as much as $2,505 (€2,210) for a seat in the arena. $1,599 (€1,410) will get you the cheapest VIP package on offer.
All prices mentioned don’t include surcharges such as booking and handling fees. A maximum of eight tickets per customer can be purchased.
Pre-sales for UFC Fight Club members begin this evening (6pm Irish time), while UFC newsletter subscribers will get their advanced access from tomorrow.
The event will be televised live on a pay-per-view basis in the US, but Irish subscribers to BT Sport can watch it without any additional cost.
