The 43-acre site, which was first envisioned in 2007, includes five grass pitches under floodlights as well as a floodlit all-weather pitch and drills area.
If that wasn’t impressive enough, there are 10 dressing rooms, team support facilities, meeting and breakout rooms, a 200-seater auditorium and offices inside the 30,000 square feet of the main building.
The project, which Tyrone describe as “the biggest sports/culture/heritage project underway anywhere in Ireland,” cost £6.7 million (€7.8 million).
It was funded by the GAA and Tyrone patrons with the support of a number of political and development bodies.
