Huddlestone’s goal last weekend was his first since April 2011.

TOM HUDDLESTONE’S CANCER fundraising has shot past the £30,000 mark since his goal against Fulham.

And that number is set to rise with a clump of the Hull midfielder’s afro currently selling for more than £1,500.

Huddlestone, who turned his Premier League drought into a fundraiser for Cancer Research UK, promised not to get his hair cut until he scored again.

His strike in Saturday’s 6-0 win was his first since April 2011 — and he celebrated by getting his hair trimmed on the sidelines.

The unusual piece of memorabilia is now up for auction on Ebay with a high bid of £1,550 at the time of writing.

Team-mate David Meyler is among those who have sponsored Huddlestone, who is hoping to raise £75,000.
