O'Meara in for suspended Bubbles for Tipp as Waterford remain unchanged

TIPPERARY AND WATERFORD have both announced the starting sides for Sunday’s Munster senior hurling final.

Tipperary bring in Niall O’Meara for the suspended John O’Dwyer while Waterford have named an unchanged team.
