John Coghlan comes into the side at corner-back in place of Ger Mulhair as Tipp get set to take on Cork in Pairc Ui Chaoimh on Saturday evening.
Barry Grogan – who top-scored with 1-4 last time out – starts again at corner-forward alongside Division 4 final hero Conor Sweeney and Michael Quinlivan.
