Three changes for Cork ahead of Munster U21 football final

David Power, meanwhile, has stuck with the same starting Tipperary XV from their semi-final victory.

IF IT AIN’T broke, don’t fix it. That seems to be the approach of David Power and his selectors as Tipperary get set to take on Cork in the Cadbury Munster GAA U21 Championship final on Wednesday.

The XV that defeated Clare by 19 points in the semi-final will start again against the Rebels and Power will hope his side can spread the scoring as they did in that game. No fewer than nine players scored for Tipp in Miltown Malbay on March 19 as they ran out the easiest of winners.

Cork boss Seán Hayes has made three changes to the Cork team for the final. Brian O’Driscoll and Kevin Crowley return from injury and John Corkery starts at full forward in place of David Harrington.
