Tigers Woods' new mansion includes a four-hole practice course

Golf superstar designed $60million luxury home with then-wife Elin.

FORMER WORLD NUMBER one golfer Tiger Woods is preparing to move into the $60 million mansion he helped design.

The new home includes a 100-foot running track, a diving pool and a four-hole golf course that Woods created specifically to help with his short game. He posted pictures on his blog and said he was looking forward to getting settled in.

Pretty soon, I’ll be moving into my new home in Jupiter, Florida. I’m excited about that and I’m even more excited about my new practice facility. It’s phenomenal.

Woods and his ex-wife Elin Nordegren spent months designing the 10,000 square foot home, before the two split after Tiger’s extra-marital affairs became public in 2009.

The property also features a tennis court, a gym and docking facilities for Woods’ 155-foot yacht, Privacy. But it is the 3.5 acre mini-course that Tiger appeared most excited about.

Working with my team, I designed the short-game facility and oversaw its construction. It features four greens, six bunkers with different depths and kinds of sand, a video center and a putting studio. If no wind is blowing, the longest club I can hit is a 7-iron.

Woods will be in good company in Jupiter, where other residents include golfers Ernie Els, Rickie Fowler and Camillo Villegas as well as NBA legend Michael Jordan.
