Do you agree with Donal Óg Cusack's selection for The Sunday Game man-of-the-match award?

It was a memorable day for Limerick’s Cian Lynch.

LIMERICK ADVANCED TO the Munster Hurling Championship semi-finals with a hard-fought win over Clare at Semple Stadium earlier and it was one of their debutants who starred.

Described as a ‘gem’ by his manager TJ Ryan afterwards, Cian Lynch announced himself on the senior stage with an impressive performance as Limerick prevailed to set-up a meeting with Tipperary in the last four.

The 19-year-old captained Limerick minors in an All-Ireland final eight months ago but made the step-up appear seamless as he scored three points from open play.

And Lynch got the vote of Donal Óg Cusack and Michael Kavanagh on The Sunday Game as a memorable day for Limerick hurling’s bright young star was capped with the man-of-the-match award.

But, do you agree with the panel or would you have preferred to see one of the other nominees earn the recognition?
