Six Nations fall-out, Cheltenham news and the FA Cup throws up a massive semi-final .

1. #SIX NATIONS After a dramatic day of rugby action on Saturday, England took another step closer to a Grand Slam with a 22-16 defeat of Scotland at Twickenham.

2. #FA CUP Manchester City will meet neighbours United in a mouth watering FA Cup semi-final at Wembley.

Micah Richards scored the only goal against Reading at Eastlands yesterday. Stoke will meet Bolton in the other semi, after they saw off West Ham, 2-1.

3. #CHELTENHAM We’ll have a packed week of horse racing coverage. One name that won’t feature is that of Binocular.

Tony McCoy’s ride will not contest tomorrow’s Stan James Champion Hurdle. Bookies are refunding bets after the JP McManus-owned horse was withdrawn because medication remains in his system.

4. #GAA Colm Cooper showed his class once again as Kerry condemned Galway to their fourth straight league defeat in Killarney while Defending champions Galway handed Kilkenny their first league defeat in an enthralling clash at Pearse Stadium.
