The Morning Score: Friday

There’s rugby news, golf in Hong Kong and managerial moves but that draw in Kiev is top of the agenda this morning.

1. #EURO2012 It’s all eyes on Kiev this evening as the Ukrainian capital hosts the draw for next summer’s European Championships.

After some traditional dancing and official preliminaries, we expect the draw itself to be at around 5.35pm. We’ll liveblog the action from 5pm.

Excited? Here’s what you need to know, we reckon.

2. #GOLF Rory McIlroy is about to wrap up his second round in Hong Kong and the Holywood man has a tie for the lead. We’ll have a full report momentarily.

3. #NUTSY Pat Fenlon takes charge of his first game in the SPL tonight as Hibs manager, as they are away to Motherwell.

4. #BLACK CATS The BBC are reporting that Martin O’Neill will take over at the Stadium Light. He is said to have met American owner Ellis Short last night and is ready to succeed Steve Bruce, who was sacked on Wednesday.

5. #PRO12 There’s a busy weekend of RaboDirect Pro12 action in store. Yesterday, Leinster named their side to face Cardiff as did Ulster and Connacht.
