After becoming a regular feature for the Auckland Blues last season, he’s been playing ITM Cup rugby with North Harbour, who had a narrow 26-25 win against Southland on Sunday in the Championship.
The win was in no small part down to Li, who scored an absolutely sensational solo try to get his side off the mark when they were trailing 12-0.
