BEING A FAN of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers would be enough to drive some to drink but even that may not be an option if reports from Florida this evening are to be believed.
According to WFLA-TV, Troy Sykes – a Miami Dolphins fan – was visiting Raymond James Stadium to watch his side take on the Bucs when he ordered two tequilas for himself and a friend.

“The ladies next to us were drinking Cuervo, and we asked for a couple of shots of Cuervo. When they gave them to us, we took them and they were coloured water. That’s all it was,” Sykes said.
According to alcohol industry attorney Elizabeth DeConti, while this incident was probably a mistake, it is still illegal.
“When I hear that someone has been served water from an alcoholic beverage bottle that has a label on it, that’s not legal. But usually that happens because of negligent mistake.”
“Someone thought that they were decorating their bar with this bottle and they ended up serving someone by accident.”
That’s the defence being put forward by Aramark who run the bar where Sykes at the stadium.
“What occurred was an honest mistake,” said an Aramark spokesman before adding that filling display bottles with coloured water was common practice in the industry but insists that his company will use alcohol from now on.
One tequila, two tequila, three... wait, is this just coloured water?
