Golfer hits a tree, ball rebounds back into his special area

Jacques Kruyswijk finished tied for 18th in this weekends Voldacom Origins on the Sunshine Tour, in South Africa, but despite falling away with a final round of 73, it was his opening round that did the real damage.

After getting caught behind a tree on the fourth hole, Kruyswijk tried to take an aggressive line, and it quite literally came back to haunt him.

Kruyswijk’s golf ball went straight into the tree in front of him, and then back into his, eh, area…

And to add insult to considerable injury, because his golf ball hit him, he was landed with a two shot penalty, and had to settle for a triple bogey.
