Kerry and Donegal have five apiece in The Sunday Game team of the year

Dublin have two players on the team while Mayo have three.

ALL-IRELAND FINALISTS Kerry and Donegal both feature prominently in The Sunday Game team of the year. Aidan O’Mahony, Paul Murphy, Peter Crowley, David Moran and James O’Donoghue made the cut from Kerry while Neil McGee, Neil Gallagher, Ryan McHugh and Michael Murphy made it from Donegal.

Paul Durcan also made the cut despite a poor performance in the final.

Dublin had two players on the team while Mayo had three representatives.

The four semi-finalists were the only counties represented.

James O’Donoghue was voted player of the year by the panel on a vote of 3-2 over Diarmuid Connolly.
