The All-Ireland SFC is entering the business end of proceedings and last night’s Sunday Game panel of Pat Spillane, Dessie Dolan and Aaron Kernan ranked the 12 teams still in the hunt to lift the Sam Maguire.
As expected Dublin are still regarded as the front runners to go all the way, with Kerry rated as the second best side in the country by all three pundits. Mayo and Tyrone make up the top four, as agreed upon by all three pundits.

Dolan is the only one to place Mayo ahead of Tyrone on his list.
“The reason I’ve ranked them ahead is I think this is the last crack for this team,” the former Westmeath forward told Des Cahill.
“The players will know it, they’re a driven bunch and to see Aidan O’Shea coming into the form he is, I’m delighted for him, but he’s a big player for Mayo.
“If he’s playing well, you know what you’re going to get from Cillian O’Connor and if a few more forwards step up I think they’re going to be there or thereabouts.”
Kildare, Roscommon, Galway, Donegal and Monaghan make up a five-team middle tier, while Cork, Armagh and Down are the three lowest-ranked counties.
